2022/06/09 esl Taiwan You require a card reader to enter your APRC information, instead of having a way to select APRC and a photo as proof, since there’s no expiration date. Most people don’t own card readers, as that is something a store or business would have. I was contacted by the developer telling me I can take a photo of my APRC and upload it. Unfortunately I cannot find the place where you can upload a photo of your APRC. Furthermore, even though the app allows for some English, the Customer Service button is completely in Chinese and you cannot understand it. You also get a link to an online website that’s completely in Chinese and there’s nothing to show how to switch to English. Foreigners really need more help.
